BOSTON (WWLP) - Secretary of the Commonwealth William Galvin has released new information on lower-cost options for college students in Massachusetts.

The information, presented in a brochure, highlights several new programs available through the Commonwealth's institutions of higher learning. One notable program includes a scholarship for high-achieving community college students transferring to one of the UMass campuses.
