The National Weather Service forecasts temperatures will climb to the mid-80s on Staten Island on Friday, with heat index values close to actual air temperatures due to lower humidity levels. Winds will shift from northeast to southeast during the afternoon, with speeds around 10 to 12 mph. The evening will bring slightly cooler temperatures, with overnight lows expected in the lower 70s.
On Saturday, temperatures will remain in the 80s, with slightly cooler conditions compared to Friday. The surface high-pressure syste
