CINCINNATI (WXIX) - The suspect in Cincinnati’s “violent attack” who is accused of punching a woman in her face and knocking her out is being held on a $500,000 bond, a Hamilton County judge declared Friday.

Patrick Rosemond, 38, was brought back to Hamilton County from Fulton County, Georgia, overnight prior to his 9 a.m. court appearance.

Inside the courtroom, Hamilton County prosecutors made their case for the judge to set a high bond.

Rosemond, according to Cincinnati police and prosecutors, is the man who punched and knocked out Holly, the woman at the center of one of the many viral videos of the July 26 melee at Fourth and Elm streets that threw Cincinnati into the global spotlight.
