DENVER (KDVR) -- A Boulder County man was sentenced for multiple crimes including sexual exploitation of a child and for selling drugs to high schoolers in Boulder County, including one case that led to a 15-year-old's death.
Benjamin Harmon was indicted by a grand jury and arrested last October after investigators discovered that he had provided psilocybin to a 15-year-old boy who fell to his death off a crane at a construction site on the University of Colorado property.
After the initial investigation, Harmon faced a charge for the distribution of a controlled substance to a minor. He also faced a charge for attempted distribution of a controlled substance to a minor, because Harmon showed up to sell to the teen again when investigators set up a fake deal with the dead teen's cell pho
