An Emmy-winning WDIV (Channel 4) reporter has been cleared of criminal wrongdoing in a sexual misconduct investigation that led to him being placed on leave from the station, although the exact details of the accusations have not been specified by authorities.

Attorneys for Hank Winchester announced in a press conference Friday morning — which Winchester himself did not attend — that the Oakland County Prosecutor’s office is not pursuing charges, two months after the reporter’s home was raided by Beverly Hills police and the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office. The prosecutor’s office also confirmed the news.
