GENEVA — A large crowd of community leaders, board members, donors and area residents gathered Sunday afternoon to celebrate the completion of the expansion project at the Geneva Public Library.

“It is time to move from construction mode to celebration,” said Ashtabula County District Library Board of Trustees President Tom Westlake, kicking off the ceremony that took place near the entrance to the new portion of the library.
