MANCHESTER, N.H. —
New Hampshire State Police conducted a traffic enforcement initiative Sunday to target excessive speeding on Interstate 95.
More than 30 drivers were stopped for traveling 90 mph or faster, and five were observed driving recklessly at 100 mph or more.
One of those stopped was 19-year-old Chloe G. Marsh of Waterboro, Maine.

Police said Marsh was allegedly driving 120 mph with two passengers, ages 15 and 16.
Troopers also stopped 20-year-old Carlos Perez of Salem, Massachusetts, who was allegedly driving 124 mph with a 13-month-old child in the car.
Both face multiple charges and are scheduled to appear in court in October.
