Members of the Municipal Accessibility Advisory Committee (MAAC) say city staff have been going over their heads when it comes to planning the accessibility features of North Bay’s new twin-pad arena, despite the committee being appointed by council to oversee those plans.
At issue is a report on the accessibility features that municipal staff altered without permission after the committee had already approved the version to be presented to council.
