MADISON, Wis. (WKOW) -- A woman charged in a deadly crash in DeForest that took the lives of two Minnesota teenagers is back in the Dane County Jail after spending about two days in ICE custody.

According to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrested Noelia Martinez-Avila on August 13 after her attorney posted her bond, which had been set at $250,000.
