The Salvation Army's Center of Hope is expanding its services to better support people experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity in mid-Missouri.

According to the Salvation Army, the center has launched a new Homeless Resource Center, designed as a one-stop hub where individuals can connect with housing, health care, employment and other essential services.

The center is also introducing a Back to Work program, aimed at helping people overcome barriers to employment by providing support with identification, clothing and transportation.
