CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) - Charlotte-Mecklenburg school officials are holding their 2025-26 back-to-school briefing on Tuesday morning.

The meeting is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 19.

Charlotte schools are expected to welcome back more than 141,000 students and over 19,000 staff members this year.
