FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - We are starting to dry out after a rainy morning across 21Country. One or two showers could pop-up, but most of the area should stay dry for the rest of the day. Temperatures and humidity should heat up today as a majority of the area starts to warm up this afternoon. Highs remain in the mid 80s today.

Starting tomorrow, temperatures and humidity drop to a comfortable level with highs that might not even hit 80 degrees tomorrow. If you are looking forwards towards those cooler temperatures, look no further than Sunday! A significant cooldown will arrive on Sunday and last throughout the first half of next week with highs in the 70s. Unfortunately, not much in the form of rain throughout the next week after showers taper off today.
