LAS VEGAS ( FOX5 ) — The arrest report of a man accused of stealing from newly-built homes in Henderson detailed the investigation into the thefts and his criminal history in California.

According to the report, the property unit of the Henderson Police Department had been investigating multiple burglaries in which someone had either taken or attempted to take appliances from newly built homes on the east side of Henderson. Investigators recovered multiple fingerprints belonging to Alex Eduardo Hernandez on a large stainless steel refrigerator that was stuck in a doorway leading to a garage.

During another burglary, a white Tesla Model S was captured on camera. Investigators deemed it the suspect’s vehicle, the report said. Surveillance video showed the vehicle, which had a tow hitch,
