DECATUR, Ill. (WCIA) -- A Decatur man already facing charges of possessing child pornography is facing new charges of sexual abuse after one of his alleged victims came forward to police.

Police said the victim detailed a years-long series of sexual assaults Horve committed against her when she was a teenager.

Macon County court records show Kevin Horve, 45, was charged last week with seven new counts on top of the three he was already facing. The new charges include two counts of possessing child pornography, four counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse and one count of grooming.
