CLARKSVILLE, Ind. —

The suspect in a "brutal" double murder in Indiana that happened almost 12 years ago has been located at an ICE facility in another state.

Clarksville Police Department said the suspect in a 2013 case has been linked through DNA evidence.

Carlos Alberto Bonilla-Canenguez, a Salvadoran national, was arrested in Georgia in July. He is being held at a federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility there.

The house fire happened Oct. 9, 2013 at 436 North Randolph Avenue. Two men were found inside stabbed to death. They were identified as Amando Solis and Julio Monzon.

Detectives collected DNA evidence at the scene and launched an investigation.
