SULLIVAN’S ISLAND, S.C. (WCSC) - For the second time in less than half a year, a Sullivan’s Island man has turned himself into police, this time, under accusations of domestic violence.
Eric Bernard Bowman, 45, is charged with domestic violence in the first degree.
These charges stem from an incident that occurred in Sept. of 2016.
The Sullivan’s Island Police Department reports that a woman came in Aug. 8 to report the past incident of domestic violence. They determined Monday that there was enough evidence for a warrant, according to the police report.
Most details of the alleged crime itself are redacted, so it is unclear what specific acts Bowman stands accused of.
