SULLIVAN’S ISLAND, S.C. (WCSC) - A judge has denied bond for a Sullivan’s Island man facing a domestic violence charge at a Wednesday morning hearing.
Eric Bernard Bowman, 45, is charged with domestic violence in the first degree.
Bowman turned himself in to police on the new charge, which investigators say stems from an incident in Sept. of 2016.
The Sullivan’s Island Police Department reports that a woman came in Aug. 8 to report the past incident of domestic violence. They determined Monday that there was enough evidence for a warrant, according to the police report.
Most details of the alleged crime itself are redacted, so it is unclear what specific acts Bowman stands accused of.
