LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - The victim of a July 19 hit-and-run on Bardstown Road is looking for answers and change.

Multiple cameras in the area captured the most traumatic experience of Allyson Lambert’s life, but weeks later, no one has been held responsible for causing it. On July 19 at 3:48 a.m., Lambert and a group of friends were leaving The Hub on Bardstown Road. An Uber had pulled over at the intersection of Bardstown Road and Elwood Avenue with the hazards on, signaling to Lambert’s group that they were ready for pick-up.

“It was clear. We crossed the road. It was clear,” said Lambert.
