SALISBURY — Moore’s Chapel AME Zion Church will celebrate 133 years with its annual Moore’s Chapel Day on Sunday.

On Saturday from 11 a.m.-3 p.m., the church will sponsor a Community Day in the parking lot. Free blood pressure checks, a Voter Registration Drive, games, food and fellowship will be available and is open to the public.

The Sunday morning service will be at 10 a.m. with Rev. Robert N. Kelley Jr. delivering the message. A fellowship dinner will follow the morning service. The afternoon service will be at 3 p.m. with the guest preacher, Rev. Dr. Amy Ciceron, and congregation from East Stonewall AME Zion Church in Charlotte.
