Unseasonably cool temperatures will arrive this weekend, giving Chicagoans a sample of fall weather before the season even begins.

But those conditions won't set in right away.

The region will experience some humidity as the day begins Saturday, with high temperatures in the upper 70s to low 80s and dew point values in the low to mid 60s.

Humidity typically becomes noticeable whenever dew point values surpass 60 degrees, NBC 5 Storm Team Meteorologist Iisha Scott said.

Conditions will change relatively quickly, with readings dropping below 60 degrees on Sunday, ushering in more comfortable weather. Dew points will decrease to 50 degrees by Monday and drop into the high 40s by the middle part of next week, making it even more pleasant outdoors.
