A heat advisory was issued by the National Weather Service on Saturday at 6:33 a.m. in effect until 8 p.m. for South Central Oregon Cascades, Siskiyou Mountains and Southern Oregon Cascades, Klamath Basin, Northern and Eastern Klamath County and Western Lake County and Central and Eastern Lake County.

The weather service says, "Hot conditions with high temperatures of 95 to 100 degrees expected. Overnight low temperatures of 50 to 65 degrees."

"Hot temperatures may cause heat related illnesses," explains the weather service.
