CLEVELAND, Ohio — Walsh Jesuit football ended a 26-game home winning streak for Toledo Central Catholic on Friday night at Gallagher Field, leaving with a 17-14 victory.

Walsh, ranked fifth in this week’s cleveland.com Top 25, earned the top playoff seed in their region last year.

The Warriors established an early lead after quarterback David Ternosky ran a 1-yard rushing touchdown with 3 minutes left in the first quarter.
