PRICEVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — The Priceville Police Department says two women from Tennessee were arrested Saturday morning on multiple drug charges.

On Aug. 23, at about 1 a.m., officers with PPD stopped a vehicle on I-65 near mile marker 334. Officers identified the people in the vehicle as Kaitlyn Renea Darnell, 31, and Kathy Sublett, 63, both of whom are residents of Clarksville, TN.

Following the initial traffic enforcement, a narcotics investigation was initiated.

PPD's investigation led to the discovery of marijuana, a methamphetamine/fentanyl mixture and drug paraphernalia within the vehicle.

Both women were then arrested and taken to the Morgan County Jail.
