CLEVELAND — The last time Joe Flacco ran out of the tunnel as the Cleveland Browns quarterback was one of the most magical nights since the franchise was reborn in 1999. This time wasn't quite that special.
Flacco started for the Browns as they concluded the preseason against the Los Angeles Rams . The dress rehearsal game meant the Cleveland starters, most of them, were expected to play between 20 and 25 plays, according to coach Kevin Stefanski.
