With the recent threats by the United States government to deploy military forces in the Caribbean Sea, Vietnam's ambassador to Venezuela, Vu Trung My, recently told the media that dialogue and understanding are the only way to resolve differences between nations.

He expressed that throughout the Vietnamese nation's history of battles, they have understood the value of peace, independence, and sovereignty. "That is why I believe that not only in the case of Venezuela, but also in Europe and the Middle East, the call is to reflect, to negotiate, to dialogue...
