HAZARD, Ky. (WYMT) -Our skies are staying relatively calm for the week ahead as we track some cooler temps into our skies.
A few isolated rain chances will persist in eastern Kentucky this AM - but eventually taper off in the afternoon. In fact, the week ahead is looking to be extra dry.
Our dewpoints are low for the work week, and many will see just a few passing clouds in the sky. Rain chances do look to pick up a little bit into the weekend.
While this is the last week of August, temperatures are making us feel more like late September! It is a fall-like feel for the week ahead, with temps peaking in the 70s. Overnight lows are dipping well into the 50s, with a few areas having a shot at seeing the 40-degree mark.
Have a great rest of your Sunday!
