A band of severe thunderstorms developed Saturday night near Kingman and the travelled north before collapsing south of Lake Mead and Boulder City.
To start the week more storm development is forecast as monsoon moisture mixes with a low off the California coast.
Monday’s rain and thunderstorm potential is at 60%, Tuesday 80%.
Scattered showers and thunderstorm chances dip slightly midweek and falls to 20% or less the rest of the week.
Lake Mead could see some strong storm conditions if these cells develop Sunday afternoon.
The outflow winds could
