A 21-year-old man died Saturday night in Prince George’s County after his motorcycle collided with a commercial vehicle, Maryland State Police said.
Troopers were dispatched around 7:32 p.m. to Interstate 495 near the southbound exit ramp to Saint Barnabas Road. A preliminary investigation determined that Camron Amirion Stroud of Upper Marlboro was riding his Suzuki motorcycle southbound when he struck the commercial vehicle.
Stroud was transported to the University of Maryland Capital Region Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
Road closures related to the crash lasted more than three hours, and the Maryland State Police Crash Team is leading an ongoing investigation.
