NORTH ROYALTON, Ohio

Drunken driving, W. 130th Street: On July 28, police observed a weaving gray four-door sedan on W. 130th Street.

The officer eventually pulled over the speeding vehicle, which had two passengers.

While talking to the driver, who said they had been at a restaurant picking up food, the officer smelled booze.

Asked about the odor, the driver admitted to having one drink.

After failing a field sobriety test, which included improperly turning and losing his balance, the man was arrested for drunken driving.

The driver was also cited for weaving.

The passenger, who passed a breathalyzer test, was allowed to drive the vehicle from the scene.
