Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are officially engaged, and we’re not sure what surprised us more, the sudden engagement news or the cost of the singer’s new ring.

Swift and Kelce, both 35, shared the news in a joint Instagram post, captioned, “Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married.” They included photos of the proposal in which Kelce is seen down on one knee in front in a luscious garden filled with greenery and flowers.

The couple, who have been together since July 2023, also included a close up snap of the ring and experts have been quick to estimate how much it may cost.
