Anthony Poe, 71, of Paducah passed away on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at Parkview Nursing & Rehab with his family by his side.

Anthony was a retired police officer from Madisonville Police Department and retired from the Fifth Third Bank.He also worked as a security guard at Baptist Health of Madisonville. He was a member of Second Baptist Church in Clinton, KY.

Surviving are his two children, Anthony Poe of Benton, KY and Melissa (Carlos) Pineda of Killeen, TX; his mother, Donna Poe of Paducah; one sister, Darla Turner of Paducah; three grandchildren, Jaiden Pineda, Giovanni Pineda, Lilianna Pineda; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Gene Poe, and his brother-in-law, Robert Turner.

Private family services will be held with burial at Pleasant View
