BOSTON (WPRI) — An 80-year-old Brookline man was arrested earlier after threatening and looking at obscene photos near two young girls at a concert in Boston earlier this week, according to authorities.

Alan Musson has been charged with threat to commit a crime, disorderly conduct and disseminating obscene matter to a minor.

Musson was taken into custody at the TD Garden Tuesday night during a Benson Boone concert.

Police said Musson started yelling at the two girls sitting behind him because they were cheering for the artist.

The two girls continued cheering, to which Musson turned around again and told them, "I will kill you," according to police.

Police said the victims could also see Musson looking at inappropriate photos on the Grindr app from their seats.
