BARRINGTON, R.I. (WPRI) — A former bus monitor was arrested for allegedly "inappropriately touching" two students in Barrington.
Kevin Langlois, 58, of Rehoboth, has been charged with three counts of second-degree child molestation and one count each of indecent solicitation of a child, simple assault, and indecent exposure.
He was arraigned on Thursday and the judge set bail at $10,000 with surety. He was also given a no-contact order.
Police said the alleged incidents involved two girls between the ages of 5 and 12 years old.
An investigation immediately began after the first incident was reported in June, according to police. Two additional incidents were later reported.
