More than three years after breaking out of a Port Coquitlam jail, fugitive gang member Rabih (Robby) Alkhalil has been arrested in Qatar.

Sources confirmed the 38-year-old Wolfpack gangster was taken into custody by authorities in Qatar on Friday. The RCMP declined comment over the weekend, but officials are expected to address the arrest during a press conference at the Surrey detachment on Monday.
