The Victorian Labor government is not considering utilising a pepper spray trial amid major concerns from the Opposition over the state’s crime rate.
The Northern Territory this month began a 12-month trial allowing the public to buy, carry and use OC (Oleoresin Capsicum) spray - commonly known as pepper spray - to protect themselves.
