Lockheed Martin (LM) has been awarded $56,406,399 under a firm-fixed-price, fixed-quantity contract for B-2 Spirit Bomber countermeasure receiver upgrades. The Department of War officially granted the contract on September 2, 2025.

According to WWNYTV 7 News, the program will be focused at LM’s facility in Owego, New York. The contract is slated as a six-year program with no option periods.
