WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — Police were on the scene of a shooting late Wednesday night in south Wichita.

It happened around 10:35 p.m. in the 1000 block of South Emporia.

Dispatchers say that one person had suspected critical injuries. No other patients were reported. The investigation is ongoing.
