More 'animal abuse' footage has emerged at a shamed abattoir in Arley. Animal rights activist Joey Carbstrong has revealed that he revisited T&S Abattoir, the now closed slaughterhouse in the village near Nuneaton .

Undercover footage he revealed from inside the abattoir last year hit the headlines and led to local protests. It showed how staff reportedly played wolf sounds to sheep and ‘inflicted immense pain, fear and distress’. As a result, it led to the Food Standards Agency (FSA) deciding to remove the approval for the firm to operate as an approved abattoir.

But the campaigner claims that in between the period of the business being told it was losing its licence and the site closing, further alleged abuse was caught on camera at the site off Ansley Lane.. Today (September 18) he
