CAMILLUS, N.Y. (WSYR) -- Horan Road, a busy area in Camillus, was partially shut down the morning of Sept. 17 after a tractor-trailer damaged railroad tracks. Local business owners said this isn't the first time.
Camillus's caregivers for children, as well as dogs, are once again dealing with ongoing construction at the nearby railway, the second time in nearly a month.
"We have to inform people of the back ways," Ashley Rose, a dog caregiver at Shear Magic Dog & Resort, said. "It's just hard because it affects people coming in, picking up their dogs, dropping off their dogs, the kids' day care over here. It's just a big inconvenience for all of us."
Kayla Kelly, the director of K2 Center Child Day Care, said she cannot believe her staff and clients have to deal with recurring closures,
