TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - Plans for a data center in Pima County are back on, but with some changes. Project Blue no longer plans to use vast amounts of reclaimed water and has changed its cooling method.

But the opposition remains.

The Pima County Board of Supervisors approved the land sale by a 3-2 vote, and when the city did not annex the land, opponents thought that would be the end of it. But supervisors who approved it and the developer building it say it will continue without the water use, which was one of the features that made it a target.
