A Minot man was arrested Wednesday night after allegedly fleeing the scene of a crash in northeast Minot. Police say emergency crews responded just before 10 p.m. to the 600 block of Third Street Northeast for reports of a rolled vehicle catching fire. Firefighters found the vehicle smoking but not on fire, and no one inside. Officers then saw the driver running from the scene and, after a short foot chase, took the 20-year-old into custody. He faces several charges, including a Class B misdemeanor.
