DICKINSON, ND (KXNET) - A 25-year-old Dickinson man was arrested Wednesday in connection with a sexual assault investigation involving a child under the age of 12, according to the Dickinson Police Department.

Caleb Usher faces three felony charges: Gross Sexual Imposition, Promoting or Directing an Obscene Sexual Performance by a Minor, and Possession of Certain Materials Prohibited.

Detectives launched the investigation after receiving a report of alleged sexual misconduct involving Usher and a minor. Authorities say the case includes accusations of sexual assault and possession of explicit digital content featuring the child.

Usher was taken into custody following an interview at the Public Safety Center and booked into the Southwest Multi-County Correctional Center.
