Erin Tunney is a real estate agent with Compass and assists her father, Edward Tunney, with his development company, Tunney Group.
The Tunneys are now underway in Sylvan Heights with construction of a 46-unit five-story condominium building to rise on a 0.51-acre property at 3509 Charlotte Ave. As the Post previously reported, the project will carry a price tag of approximately $35 million.
To be called Hayden Mansion (read here ), the building will allow buyers to participate in a fractional ownership model that seemingly is new to the Nashville market.
Fractional ownership allows multiple unrelated parties to share, and thus mitigate the risk of, ownership in a high-value tangible asset such as a jet, a yacht or resort real estate. Though sometimes undertaken solely for financial
