ROCKFORD, Ill. — The Rockford Fire Department was dispatched to another housing complex for a fire on Monday after putting one out on Sunday .
On Monday just before 12:00 p.m., firefighters were called to 352 Leather Ct. for a report of a possible fire in a housing complex. When they arrived, they found an empty four family apartment building with smoke coming from one of the units.
Rockford FD quickly contained the fire to one unit. No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire is still being investigated.
