CLEVELAND (WJW) -- A 20-year-old man who reportedly admitted to drinking before causing a crash that killed a 51-year-old bicyclist earlier this month is now under indictment.

A Cuyahoga County grand jury this week handed up an four-count indictment charging Kamarion T. Jordan, 20, of Cleveland, with two felony counts of aggravated vehicular homicide and misdemeanor counts of operating a vehicle after underage alcohol consumption and operating a vehicle while under the influence.

The crash happened just after 1 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 16, at the intersection of East 128th Street and Kinsman Road, according to a probable cause affidavit obtained by the FOX 8 I-Team.
