COLUMBIA, S.C. (WBTV) - The governor of South Carolina on Friday announced a state of emergency for the state as a potentially problematic tropical system looks to form in the Atlantic Ocean.
Gov. Henry McMaster announced Friday, Sept. 26, that he was issuing a state of emergency for the entire state of South Carolina ahead of the next potential tropical storm.
South Carolina, along with North Carolina, could potentially see impacts from tropical systems over the next few days.
