The man who stalked Katie Piper and arranged for acid to be thrown in her face has made his first bid for freedom. Depraved Daniel Lynch, 49, will attend a rare three-day hearing in March next year after completing his minimum 16-year term, according to the Mirror . ‌

Katie's victim impact statement is expected to be read at the hearing but it's not known if she'll attend . The Loose Women star was just 24 in March 2008 when Lynch plotted the acid attack that left her face severely
