There is a massive emergency service response tonight after a fire broke out at a mill. ‌

Fire engines, police and paramedic vehicles were seen racing to Milltown Street in Radcliffe, Manchester, after the alarm was raised shortly before 8pm on Saturday. ‌

The blaze broke out at a derelict mill, according to Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service (GMFRS). ‌

Locals claim crews are working at Pioneers Mill at the bottom of the street.

Huge flames have been spotted from the nearby Radcliffe tram stop.

As reported by the Manchester Evening News , smoke can also be seen billowing across the area.

Nine fire engines have attended the scene and firefighters are currently using jets to tackle the blaze.
