A woman was tragically found dead at a property in a quiet cul-de-sac this weekend.

Police rushed to the scene on Apple Tree Close in Bromyard at around 6am on Saturday, September 27.

They found a 61-year-old woman at the address who was pronounced dead a short time later.

A man, 54, has since been arrested on suspicion of murder and remains in custody.

West Mercia Police has confirmed that officers will remain at the scene as investigations continue.
