FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) - The man who was killed after being stabbed multiple times in Fresno Sunday has been identified by the Fresno Police Department.
Fresno Police reported around 10:45 a.m. on Sunday they responded to a stabbing near Garrett and Maple avenues where they found a man in a garage suffering from multiple stab wounds to his upper body.
The man, identified by police as 38-year-old Alejandro Garcia, was transported to a local hospital, where he eventually succumbed to his injuries.
According to detectives, two men and one woman went to Garcia's residence with the intention of confronting him. An altercation occurred in which Garcia was ultimately stabbed multiple times before the three suspects fled in a dark co
